Vinification: Hand-picked grapes with careful bunch selection. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C with 18 days of maceration on the skins. Aged in stainless steel for at least 12 months, followed by a minimum of 12 months of bottle aging.
Tasting notes: Ruby red color. Intense aromas of red berries and violet. On the palate, soft, well-balanced, and persistent. A wine of structure and elegance.
Pairing: Ideal with red meats, cured meats, and aged cheeses.
