Vinification: Harvest in crates with strict grape selection. Vinification in stainless steel, with fermentation at controlled temperature and a short 3–4 days of maceration. Aged for at least 8 months in steel and refined in bottle for at least 12 months.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, citrus aromas of lime and citron. The palate reveals marked minerality, vibrant freshness, and a pleasant lingering acidity.
Pairing: Perfect with fish, white meats, and fresh or lightly aged cheeses.
